Joel and the kiero team carried out a complete renovation which included walls being removed, new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, 3 new outdoor areas, plumbing, electrics, and a complete re-tiling of our 3 bedroom house in Calahonda.
If there was ever an issue or decision he communicated it and addressed these challenges by just informing me and sorting it out for me which was really appreciated as I was back in England while the work was being carried out.
I fell in love with a particular worktop, which turned out to be very expensive, so Joel came up with ideas where we could save money on other aspects of the renovation to help offset the cost of the worktop. In the end he also found a much cheaper one that looked exactly the same and he said he couldn’t tell the difference so I trusted his judgement - and he was right I would never have known.
They kept me fully informed and also sometimes questioned my decisions about things he thought might look better another way. 9 times out of 10 he was right, which I appreciated, and he even came up with things I hadn’t thought about.
The work carried out was to a high standard and having not known him or his work before I was leaving a big job in his hands on other people’s recommendations.
It wasn’t the cheapest quote or the most expensive that I got but the work and attention to detail was worth every penny and completed in the agreed deadline.
I would most definitely only use him in Spain from now on.

After they found us the most amazing apartment and helped me and my partner secure it we needed to change a few things to just make it our own, we had 2 bathrooms, and a renovation on our apartment and we couldn’t be happier with everything.
In the planning stage everything was discussed in detail with a very open and transparent quote. Joel was very helpful in suggesting what would work and look good and ensured we had thought about every aspect to ensure when finished we were not left disappointed. The drawings and images that were given to us for the works were just as we had imagined and very helpful as we were able to see exactly what the apartment was going to look like right down to the ceiling lights and sockets.
Once work was underway progress was quick and within the planned timescale. We were also really impressed with professional and respectful manor in which our apartment was treated.
