Very nice apartment with lots of natural light located in the sought-after area of Puebla Lucia in the center of Fuengirola. The urbanization was built in 1980 and with its large, well-kept gardens and no less than 3 communal pools, it is an oasis in the middle of the city. Outside the door there is a large selection of restaurants and cafes and the beach and train station are within easy walking distance.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2006 and has underfloor heating in all rooms. We enter a hall with a wardrobe that leads us further into the bright living room with balcony doors out to the terrace and a fully equipped open kitchen. The terrace runs the length of the entire apartment facing southwest and with plenty of sunshine and a nice view of the gardens.
To the left of the hall is a spacious laundry room with extra storage, the smaller bedroom with space for 2 beds and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is located at the other end of the apartment and has an en-suite bathroom and wardrobe.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and both bedrooms. The apartment is sold furnished.
There is communal parking in the urbanization.
