At Kiero we know that it can be hard work owning a rental property especially if you dont live in Spain, which is why our clients let us take care of their investments as if they were our own. For a small annual Fee, we offer a key holding service, meaning that your property will be regularly checked when empty.
In addition to this we also offer a full management service whereby we can arrange cleaners to clean the property after you/your guests visit or if you use your property as a rental we can make sure its always clean and ready for the next guests. As a Kiero Property member our team will be in regular contact with you to keep you updated on your property giving you peace of mind that your investment is in safe hands.
Should any issues arise with the property or you are having works carried out we can liase and give access, if required we can also arrange for everything to be carried out on your behalf should you prefer.
